Zaxot gathers memories, facts, stories, photographs, and documents from relatives, friends, and other contributors. Each contribution remains connected to the person who supplied it, helping turn family knowledge into a biography that is both personal and carefully sourced.
The process
Collect the pieces of a life. Let the story emerge.
Contributors answer focused questions about what they know—people, places, schools, work, travel, relationships, beliefs, events, and memories. As those pieces accumulate, patterns and connections emerge, along with the areas that still need research.
Research
Names, dates, quotations, claims, documents, and other evidence can be reviewed while preserving where each piece of information came from.
Build
Collected testimony and research can be transformed into a coherent biography while unresolved contradictions and unanswered questions remain visible.
